Member of:
Jean-Marie Martineau
Principal Consultant
The expert in commercial and industrial refrigeration.
Jean-Marie brings over 25-years of technical experience with HVAC& Refrigeration systems in cold storage and distribution centres, food processing and temperature-controlled facilities.
His business experience spans the entire customer journey, from consulting to design and deployment. Being a fervent energy conservationist, he has further achieved accreditation as Energy Efficiency Optimization Assessor (EEOA) and Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM). Issued by NEA Singapore and Institute of Engineering Singapore (IES), both highly coveted qualifications prove his capability to execute energy audits, technical assessment and financial analysis (TCO) of energy efficiency projects.
Leon Heng
Commercial Lead
Leon leads Entarctic's strategy, commercial and operations functions. He is a former officer at the Singapore Economic Development Board where he closed multi-million-dollar investment deals with Global 500 companies and developed national sustainability strategies in energy efficiency and circular economy.
He previously co-founded The Hidden Good, a 10-year-old award-winning social enterprise, and graduated from Oxford University with a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics.
Cyril Brohan
Project Management Consultant
Cyril is Entarctic’s project management expert. He brings over 25 years of experience working across the HVAC lifecycle, from design & engineering to procurement & project management, from testing & commissioning to maintenance & servicing, and energy efficiency audit & optimisation.
He has managed HVAC systems across the hospitality (luxury hotels, cruises), medical (hospitals, clean rooms) and commercial building (office towers, malls) sectors, and worked at industry leaders including Carrier and VINCI Energies.
